KIEV. March 19. UNN. From 1 October in Poland from the influenza virus and its complications died 108 people. The greatest number of deaths was in the age group over 65 years. It is reported by UNN with reference to Radio Poland.

According to the information contained in it, from the beginning of the season, i.e. from 1 October in Poland was 108 deaths due to influenza and its complications. The greatest number of these deaths was in the age range 65 years.
As Chairman of the National centre for influenza, Professor Lydia Brydak, the strain of influenza virus that led to the highest number of deaths was in the composition of the vaccine, but apparently the vaccine didnt work.
In General, according to the registry of the National centre from 1 October from influenza and similar viruses have affected more than 3 million 92 thousand people.
