On Tuesday the 42yo man flew from the US to Wroclaw with a transfer in Munich. He'd been in the USA for 2 months. Got symptoms next day & reported to hospital.
The other people in hospital for observations are his two sons, his mother in law & his friend (male) who drove him from the airport.
There are currently 17 other people who are being 'monitored epidemiologically' - they had been in a trip to Mexico.
There were 43 people on the flight from Munich & they will be 'health monitored'.
Previously there had only been one other confirmed H1N1 case in Poland. A 58 yo woman had been in the infectious ward in Mielcu but recovered and left the hospital on Monday.
