COPENHAGEN, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- Denmark is at the risk of an H1N1 outbreak as more Danes are getting infected with the influenza, said the National Board of Health on Wednesday.

The data from Danish National Board of Health shows that since the end of 2010, alone in the Northern Jutland, there have been 26 people detected positive with A/H1N1 virus.

On Tuesday, the National Board of Health said two men, both in their 50s, had died of the flu.

During this winter, a few European states have reported A/H1N1 infection and deaths. The situation in the United Kingdom is most serious. By Jan. 5, the country had reported 45 deaths. Jordan, Italy and Denmark have also confirmed death cases this week.
