    I can't seem to find an OIE report on this but it's being cited as a source in several media reports, in this case about the Philippines banning imports.

    MANILA - The Philippines has imposed a ban on poultry products from Italy and the Netherlands following the outbreak of bird flu in both countries.

    In separate memorandum orders, Department of Agriculture (DA) Secretary Proceso Alcala said import permit approvals for poultry products coming from both countries have been suspended.

    The ban covers domestic and wild birds, poultry meat, day-old chicks, eggs and semen coming from Romagna, Italy and from Gelderland, the Netherlands.

    According to a report of the Office International des Epizooties (OIE), the outbreak was discovered in a small rural poultry farm in the Medena region of Romagna. The low pathogenic avian influenza (LPAI) virus was classified as serotype H5 and H7...".
