CORONAVIRUS CASES: The Czech Republic had 12,814 confirmed
coronavirus cases by the end of Wednesday, with 129 new
infections that day.
Of those, 8,010 people have recovered and 351 people have
died in connection with the disease. There were 4,453 active
cases.

As of this morning, here have been 13,238 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the Czech Republic since the beginning of the outbreak in mid-March.
Over that period, there have been a total of 353 COVID-19-related deaths and 8,373 confirmed recoveries, leaving a total of 4,512 known active cases in the country. A total of 132 of those cases are being treated in hospitals, with 15 considered to be in serious condition.

There have now been 13,475 COVID-19 cases in the Czech Republic since the beginning of the coronavirus crisis in mid-March.
More than 8,500 people have recovered from the novel coronavirus since the pandemic began. There have been 355 deaths in the country and there are 4,613 known active cases in the country. A total of 135 of those patients are being treated in hospitals.

Ministry of Health data show over 100 cases have been recorded daily for five consecutive days. The situation is most critical in Moravia-Silesia, where epidemiologists have reinstated protective measures.
To date, 13,855 people have been infected with Covid-19 in the Czech Republic of whom 8,733 have recovered. The disease has claimed 358 lives.

PRAGUE, Aug 5 (Reuters) - The Czech Republic reported its biggest daily jump in new coronavirus cases since the end of June on Wednesday as a recent uptick in infections persisted.
The central European country of 10.7 million recorded 290 new cases on Tuesday, Health Ministry data showed, bringing the total number of cases detected to 17,286. Of those, 11,812 have recovered and 383 have died of COVID-19.

To date, 18,783 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the Czech Republic since the beginning of the outbreak in March.
There have been 391 COVID-19-related deaths and 13,222 recoveries in that span, leaving 5,170 known active cases in the country. The number of patients hospitalized with COVID-19 in the Czech Republic has remained consistently low, however. There are currently 131 COVID-19 patients being treated in Czech hospitals.

Since the beginning of the outbreak in March, there have now been a total of 20,202 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the Czech Republic. There have been 14,622 confirmed recoveries and 399 COVID-19-related deaths in that span.
The total number of confirmed cases in the Czech Republic since the start of the outbreak in March has now crossed 21,000, standing at 21,923 as of this morning. Sunday’s daily increase marks one of the highest totals on a Sunday in several weeks, since blanket testing in the Karvin? region following a COVID-19 breakout at the OKD coal mine facilities.

Czechs report highest daily number of coronavirus cases since pandemic reached country
PRAGUE (Reuters) - The Czech Republic’s daily number of new coronavirus cases rose to 650, the highest since the pandemic reached the country in March, Health Ministry data showed on Thursday.
With that number, the overall count of cases rose to 25,773 in the country of 10.7 million.
