State Duma deputy Razvorotneva proposed to give large families subsidies for housing and communal services

MOSCOW, March 10 - RIA Novosti. In Russia, families with many children may begin to receive subsidies in the amount of the full cost of housing and communal services, said Svetlana Razvorotneva, deputy chairman of the State Duma committee on construction and housing and communal services, in an interview with the Izvestia newspaper.

"It is proposed to provide subsidies for housing and communal services to families with three or more children. This measure may also apply to families in which there are unemployed people," she explained.

In addition, new initiatives include subsidizing 70 percent of utility bills for people over the age of 65, abolishing bank commissions when paying for communal services for Russians and limiting it to 0.1 percent for management companies.
