426294 suspected (252738 in Central/South America, 1 in North America and 173555 in the Caribbean) and 93080 confirmed cases (86807 autochthonous transmission and 6273 travel related/imported cases) with 27939 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 47966 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 17175 confirmed cases in North America; at least 3784 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 622 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 45/ 16 November per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
