374622 suspected (227486 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 147176 in the Caribbean) and 66004 confirmed cases (60896 autochthonous transmission and 5115 travel related/imported cases) with 18819 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 36606 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 11182 confirmed cases in North America; at least 2266 cases of microcephaly and 447 cases of GBS as well as 15 ZIKV associated deaths of 10 November/EW 44 per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
