SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – A death due to the West Nile virus (WNV) has been reported in South Dakota.
The South Dakota Department of Health (SDDOH) wrote in a press release that as of July 23, in South Dakota, there have been three human cases in Brookings, Marshall and Spink County.
Of these three cases, one person ended up dying due to the virus. It was not specified in which county the deadly case occurred...
