Parents notified of tuberculosis case at Highlands High School

SAN ANTONIO - City health leaders said on Friday they are investigating a case of tuberculosis on the campus of Highlands High school within the San Antonio Independent School District.

Letters from SAISD were sent home to all parents on Thursday and they were urged to attend a Monday night presentation regarding the situation...
