Nov. 23, 2011 - Berk Lombardo, a Brooklyn, N.Y. establishment, is recalling approximately 1,080 pounds of stuffed chicken products because of misbranding and undeclared ingredients, including known allergens. The products may contain any of the following combinations of undeclared ingredients: eggs, milk, monosodium glutamate (MSG) or soy, which are not noted on the label.
The products subject to recall include:
Boxes containing four, 6-oz. frozen, vacuum-sealed packages of "Berk Lombardo CHICKEN BREAST STUFFED BROCCOLI & CHEESE" that bears the establishment number "P-19034" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
Boxes containing four, 6-oz. frozen, vacuum-sealed packages of "Berk Lombardo CHICKEN BREAST with rib meat CORDON BLEU BREADED" that bears the establishment number "P-19034" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
Boxes containing four, 6-oz. frozen, vacuum-sealed packages of "Berk Lombardo STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST KIEV" that bears the establishment number "P-19034" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
The uncooked products were sold directly to individual households throughout Long Island...
