The fully cooked, ready-to-eat products also bear the establishment number "EST. 7777" inside the USDA mark of inspection and a use by/sell by date of "9/10/11." The products, which have a 60-day shelf life, were produced July 12, 2011, and packaged on July 14, 2011. They were sold at a retail store owned by Jerry?s Foods in Wisconsin.
