A town in Palawan has been placed under a state of emergency due to a diarrhea outbreak, which has killed four people.

A radio dzBB report said Quezon town was placed under a state of calamity after the deaths of four residents due to diarrhea.

The victims were residents of barangays Alfonso VIII and Malatgao in Quezon town...
