    Emergency Epidemiological three die from dengue hemorrhagic fever in Tumbes

    The regional health director of Tumbes, Harold Burgos Herrera, formalized yesterday the declaration of an epidemiological alert in this area following the deaths of three people with dengue hemorrhagic fever.

    To combat this evil, the Regional Health Directorate has received S/.180 thousand, with which it has purchased inputs that will spray areas of greater risk. Currently about 150 workers working in this unit that work.

    The regional president, Wilmer God Benites, Tumbes said that you should have a land conversion. Affirms that the presence of mosquitoes that transmit dengue is a consequence of the large amount of rice fields near the city, which are irrigated with the method of flooding.
