Pulapol declared free of Adenovirus
LABIS (April 3, 2011): The Police Training Centre (Pulapol) in Kuala Lumpur has been declared free of Adenovirus, Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said.
He said there were no new infections detected at the centre since March 19.
Liow, however, reminded the centre's management to maintain a high level of cleanliness at all time to ensure there would be no recurrence of the infection.
Three police trainees succumbed to the infection last month while hundreds of others were quarantined.
