قال الكاتب الصحفى أسامة سرايا رئيس تحرير جريدة الأهرام، إن خروج الدكتور يسرى الجمل من وزارة التعليم ليس بسبب فشله، لكنه أدى المهام التى جاء من أجلها، مشيراً إلى أن رئيس الوزراء فى الفترة الحالية يحتاج شخصاً يكون أكثر تجاوباً مع الرأى العام، وتكون لديه قدرة شارحة لهم، خاصة بعد دخول وباء أنفلونزا الخنازير، لافتاً إلى أن رئيس الوزراء يحتاج إلى وزير يفعِّل دور الوزارة أكثر فى الفترة القادمة.
