أعلنت مديريات الصحة فى عدد من المحافظات اليوم، الاثنين، عن استمرار تزايد أعداد الاشتباه فى الإصابة بأنفلونزا الخنازير H1N1.
ففى المنوفية، احتجز مستشفى حميات منوف، حالة جديدة مشتبه فى إصابتها بأنفلونزا الخنازير لعامل نظافة بدار السلام يدعى فاروق عبد الحليم جعفر (48 سنة) ومقيم بقرية كفر فيشا الناحية البحرية.
صرح بذلك الدكتور هشام عطا وكيل وزارة الصحة بالمنوفية، مضيفاً أن الحالة كانت تعانى من سعال شديد ورشح بالأنف وآلام بالعظام، وعلى الفور تم أخذ مسحة حلق منه وعينة من دمه وإرسالها للمعامل المركزية التابعة لوزارة الصحة بالقاهرة لتحليلها.
كما استقبل مستشفى حميات شبين الكوم، حالة جديدة مشتبه فى إصابتها بأنفلونزا الطيور لطفلة تدعى آية أشرف عبد النعيم عمرها عامان ومقيمة بقرية طه شبرا التابعة لمدينة قويسنا بعد شعورها بأعراض المرض تم أخذ العينة لتحليلها وتبين أنها مخالطة لطيور حية داخل منزلها.
وفى قنا احتجز مستشفى قنا العام، طفلة للاشتباه فى إصابتها بأنفلونزا الخنازير وتدعى هاجر على محمد (عامان) من قرية الحجيرات وكانت قد دخلت إلى المستشفى تعانى من ارتفاع شديد فى درجة الحرارة والسعال المستمر وأعراض مشابهة للمرض، تم احتجازها بغرفة العزل بالمستشفى وعمل الإسعافات الأولية وأخذ عينة من المريضة وإرسالها إلى المعامل المركزية بالقاهرة للتأكد من إصابتها بالمرض من عدمه.
وفى الفيوم، تقرر منح 22 تلميذاً بمدارس المحافظة إجازة إجبارية لمدة 3 أيام لملاحظة ارتفاع درجة حرارتهم مع متابعة حالتهم بالمنازل، جاء ذلك خلال التقرير الصادر عن اللجنة الرباعية التى تم تشكيلها من قبل الدكتور جلال مصطفى سعيد محافظ الفيوم لمتابعة المرض بالمحافظة.
وأكد التقرير، أن هناك 9 تلاميذ كان قد تم منحهم إجازة إجبارية أمس لملاحظة ارتفاع درجة حرارتهم، لكن اليوم تحسنت حالتهم ومن المتوقع عودتهم لمدارسهم والانتظام بالدراسة قريباً جداً.
كما أشار التقرير إلى تحسن حالة التلميذ أحمد عبد الحميد صابر (15 سنة) بالصف الثالث الإعدادى بالمدرسة الإسلامية بالفيوم الذى ثبتت إصابته بالمرض ويتم علاجه تحت إشراف فريق طبى بمنزله.
وفى الإسكندرية، أعلنت غرفة المتابعة لمرض الأنفلونزا المستجدة بالمحافظة، وفق التقارير الرسمية الواردة من مديرية الصحة بالإسكندرية، عن ظهور 4 حالات إصابة جديدة بالمرض، الأولى لطفلة عمرها سنة و4 أشهر بحضانة المدرسة الأكاديمية الدولية بسموحة بإدارة شرق التعليمية، وهى تحت العلاج بالمنزل، وطالب بالصف السادس الابتدائى بمدرسة الحدائق الابتدائية بإدارة وسط التعليمية، وطالب بالصف الأول الثانوى بمدرسة عمر كامل الوكيل بدمنهور بالبحيرة، وطالبة بالصف الأول الثانوى قادمة من السعودية، وقد تم احتجاز جميع الحالات بمستشفى الحميات لتلقى العلاج وإعطائهم عقار التاميفلو.
وفى الإسماعيلية، أعلنت مديرية الصحة بالمحافظة عن إصابة الحالة الـ 12 بأنفلونزا الخنازير، لعامل بمستشفى جامعه قناة السويس يدعى سعيد محمد غنيم إبراهيم (30 عاما) مقيم بالضبعية دائرة مركز الإسماعيلية، حيث ظهر عليه أعراض المرض، فتوجه على الفور إلى المستشفى العام بالمحافظة بتاريخ 13 نوفمبر الحالى، تم أخذ عينة منه، والتى أكدت إيجابية إصابته بالمرض، فتم احتجاز المصاب بغرفة العزل بالمستشفى العام بالإسماعيلية.
من جانبه أكد الدكتور محمد الشرقاوى وكيل وزارة الصحة بالإسماعيلية، أن المصاب يعتبر الحالة الـ 12 المصابة بالمرض بالإسماعيلية، وهو الآن يتلقى العلاج اللازم وأخذ جرعة من التاميفلو، وحالته الصحية الآن مستقرة.
وفى الشرقية، احتجز مستشفى فاقوس العام بالمحافظة طالبة بالإعدادى للاشتباه فى إصابتها بأنفلونزا الخنازير بعد ظهور أعراض المرض عليها من برد وارتفاع فى درجة الحرارة والتهاب بالحلق، و قال سيد أبو الخير وكيل أول وزارة الصحة بالشرقية، إنه تم أخذ مسحة حلق من الطالبة حسناء إبراهيم (15 سنة) من قرية جهينة التابعة للمركز لتحليلها والتأكد من مدى إصابتها بالمرض من عدمه، كما أنه تم عمل اللازم مع الطالبة وإجراء الإسعافات الأولية لها وحالتها الصحية مستقرة.
