الصحة: علاج الأنفلونزا لا يتطلب مستشفيات حميات

وزير الصحة د.حاتم الجبلى كتبت أميرة عبد السلام
أكد الدكتور حاتم الجبلى، وزير الصحة، أن قرار غلق مستشفيات الحميات والإبقاء على بعض منها فقط، وضم الباقى إلى المستشفيات المركزية والعامة للاستفادة من طاقتها السريرية لخدمة الأمراض المختلفة لن يؤثر على علاج المواطنين من أنفلونزا الخنازير، لافتا إلى أن قرار الصحة الذى اتخذته تجاه المستشفيات الخاصة بعلاج الحميات فى العام الماضى كان قرارا صحيحا، ولا حاجة لعلاج أنفلونزا الخنازير بالحميات، بل يمكن علاجها بالكامل فى المستشفيات المركزية والعامة وحاليا فى المنزل.
وأشار الجبلى إلى أن الحميات تم بناؤها خلال الحرب العالمية الأولى والثانية، وتم إلغاؤها من كل العالم وحل محلها ما يعرف بأقسام للأمراض الاستوائية أو المتوطنة، موضحاً أنه أصدر التعليمات إلى جميع المستشفيات الحكومية والخاصة باستقبال المرضى المصابين بأنفلونزا الخنازير مجانا.
وكشف الجبلى أنه سوف يجتمع مع 1000 طبيب من مديرى المستشفيات لتأكيد الإجراءات التى تم تجهيزها لاستقبال المرضى، مشيرا إلى أن العلاج بالمنزل ما زال هو الأفضل لمعظم الحالات باستخدام مخفضات الحرارة الباراسيتامول، وفيما يتعلق بتناول عقار "تاميفلو" فهو يعطى لأصحاب الأمراض المزمنة التى قد تسبب لها الإصابة بالأنفلونزا مضاعفات فقط، لافتا إلى أن استخدام كل من عقار "التاميفلو" والتطعيم الخاص بأنفلونزا الخنازير يتم وفق إجراءات مشددة من قبل الوزارة وعن طريقها منعا لتسربه لسوق السوداء أو سوء استخدامه.
