أعلنت وزارة الصحة مساء اليوم الأحد، عن أول حالة وفاة فى مصر بفيروس "إتش1 إن1" المسبب لمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير.

وذكرت وزارة الصحة، فى بيان صحفى، أن الحالة لسيدة مصرية تدعى سماح السيد سليم تبلغ من العمر (25 عاماً) من محافظة المنوفية مركز شبين الكوم وكانت قادمة من السعودية بعد أداء العمرة، يوم 16 يوليو الجارى.

من ناحية أخرى أفاد الدكتور نصر السيد مساعد وزير الصحة لشئون الطب الوقائى، أن السيدة ظهرت عليها أعراض المرض فى 6 سبتمبر الماضى إثر سفرها لأداء مناسك العمرة، وتم حجزها فى أحد مستشفيات مكة المكرمة لمدة يومين، وبعد يومين تحسنت حالتها الصحية خرجت من المستشفى وعادت إلى محافظتها، ثم بدأ ظهور أعراض وتطورات المرض عليها، فتم نقلها بسيارة إسعاف إلى مستشفى خاص بمحافظة الغربية، وشك الأطباء فى إصابتها بفيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير، وتم إبلاغ المعامل المركزية وسحب عينة منها وثبت إصابتها بالمرض، إلا أنها توفيت سريعاً بسبب تأخر العلاج ونقص مناعتها.

وأشار السيد إلى أن وزارة الصحة قامت بتشديد الإجراءات الوقائية على كل المخالطين للسيدة، خصوصها أسرتها وتم تطويق منزلها بالكامل.

وفيما يتعلق بإعادة النظر مرة أخرى بشأن تأجيل رحلات الحج والعمرة أوضح السيد، أنه ستتم مناقشة هذه المسألة مرة أخرى وبشكل موسع الأربعاء المقبل فى اجتماع المكتب الإقليمى لوزراء الصحة العرب.

أعلنت وزارة الصحة مساء اليوم الأحد عن أول حالة وفاة في مصر بفيروس "أنفلونزا الخنازير"، وهي مصرية تبلغ من العمر 25 عاما قادمة من السعودية بعد أداء العمرة وكانت قد عادت إلى مطار القاهرة الدولي يوم 16 يوليو الجاري.

وأشار بيان صادر عن وزارة الصحة مساء اليوم السبت إلى أن المرأة تم احتجازها في مستشفى بمحافظة الغربية شمال غرب القاهرة في يوم وصولها، وقد كانت تعانى من حمى روماتيزمية وجلطة بالشريان والتهاب حاد وفشل تنفسي ونقص شديد في نسبة الأكسجين بالدم، وتوفيت بالمستشفى أمس السبت.

وأوضحت وزارة الصحة في البيان الذي تلاه وزير الصحة د. حاتم الجبلي في مؤتمر صحفي مساء اليوم أن السيدة من محافظة المنوفية وكانت تؤدى مناسك العمرة بالسعودية.

وقال "إنها سافرت لأداء العمرة يوم السادس من يوليو الجاري، وحدث ارتفاع في حرارتها أثناء تواجدها بمكة المكرمة وتوجهت إلى مستوصف طبي هناك وتم إعطاؤها علاج خارجي، وبعد ذلك توجهت إلى المدينة المنورة حيث اشتدت أعراض المرض عليها ودخلت إحدى المستشفيات هناك، ولم تستجب إلى العلاج".

وأضاف الوزير: "وتوجهت المريضة إلى مستشفى آخر بالمدينة حيث تم حجزها في العناية المركزة وبناء على طلب الزوج خرجت السيدة من المستشفي وعادت إلى القاهرة يوم 16 يوليو، ووصلت مطار القاهرة في الواحدة من ظهر اليوم نفسه وبعد ذلك عادت إلى منزلها في المنوفية، ثم توجهت بعد ذلك إلى مستشفى خاص بمدينة طنطا بمحافظة الغربية حيث تم حجزها بالمستشفى، وكانت تعانى من روماتيزم بالقلب وجلطة بالشريان الرئوي.

وأوضح أنه نتيجة اشتباه الأطباء في احتمال إصابتها بأنفلونزا الخنازير تم أخذ عينة منها يوم أمس وجاءت نتيجتها إيجابية.

وكانت وزارة الصحة قد أعلنت في وقت سابق عن اكتشاف عشر حالات إصابة جديدة بفيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير ليبلغ بذلك إجمالي عدد حالات الإصابة البشرية بالفيروس في مصر 130 حالة حتى الآن.

CAIRO, July 19 (Reuters) - An Egyptian woman has died of the new H1N1 flu virus after falling ill while on a Muslim religious pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia, an Egyptian health ministry official said on Sunday.

The official said the woman, who suffered from a pre-existing heart ailment due to rheumatic fever, had travelled to Saudi Arabia for the minor umra pilgrimage in early July, and developed flu symptoms on July 11.

She was treated in Saudi Arabia but did not respond to treatment, and returned to Egypt at the request of her husband. She was in her twenties.

"Results confirmed she is H1N1 positive. She died yesterday," Amr Kandeel, head of communicable disease control at the health ministry, told Reuters. He added that she was the first Egyptian to die from the virus.

H1N1 has been detected in some 130 people in Egypt, including 10 fresh cases reported on Sunday, state news agency MENA reported.

Around three million Muslim pilgrims from over 160 countries head for the holy city of Mecca in western Saudi Arabia each year in one of the world's biggest religious gatherings. The haj season starts in November this year.

CAIRO (AFP)--Egypt on Sunday reported its first death linked to swine flu, after a 25-year-old woman coming back from a pilgrimage to the Muslim holy places in Saudi Arabia died in the hospital, the health ministry said.

فرضت قوات الأمن بمحافظة الغربية طوقا أمنيا مشددا حول مستشفى "الشروق" الخاصة بمدينة طنطا التى شهدت ظهر أمس، الأحد، وفاة سماح السيد سليم (25 سنة) بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير لتسجل أول حالة وفاة بالمرض فى مصر، فيما امتنع الدكتور عصام عبد المنعم رئيس المستشفى نهائيا عن الإدلاء بأى معلومات حول ملابسات وفاة الحالة بحجة رغبته فى عدم إثارة الذعر بين المواطنين.

وقررت إدارة الطب الوقائى بمحافظة الغربية إخضاع جميع المرضى المتواجدين بمستشفى "الشروق" والعاملين بها والمترددين عليها للفحص الطبى العاجل؛ للتأكد من عدم إصابتهم بالفيروس، مع وضعهم تحت المتابعة الصحية المستمرة لمدة 10 أيام، والتنبيه عليهم بالتوجه إلى أقرب مستشفى صدر أو حميات فى حالة شعورهم بأى أعراض ارتفاع فى درجة الحرارة وصعوبة فى التنفس.

وأكد طبيب اطلع على حالة سماح السيد سليم التى توفيت ظهر أمس، الأحد، بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير لتسجل أول حالة وفاة بالمرض فى مصر، أن الوفاة، كما أكد تقرير طبى، ترجع إلى تأخر توقيع الكشف الطبى على المتوفاة سواء فى السعودية أثناء أدائها للعمرة أو فى مصر بعد عودتها، وذلك بناء على رغبة زوجها الذى رفض توقيع الكشف الطبى لاعتقاده أنها تعانى من ضيق فى شرايين وصمامات القلب يصيبها منذ فترة طويلة.

وأعلنت مديرية الصحة بمحافظة الغربية حالة التأهب القصوى بجميع المستشفيات العامة والخاصة بمجرد الإعلان عن وفاة سماح السيد سليم، فيما علم اليوم السابع أن جهات أمنية طلبت من إدارة المستشفى عدم الإدلاء بأى معلومات حول وفاة أول مصرية بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير.

وعلم اليوم السابع أن سماح السيد سليم، التى عادت من رحلة عمرة يوم 16 يوليو الجارى، دخلت فى نفس اليوم المستشفى العام بمدينة شبين الكوم بعد ظهور أعراض سخونة حادة عليها فسرها الأطباء بالمستشفى على أنها ناتجة عن التهاب رئوى حاد لترحل سماح من المستشفى ولكن سرعان ما تعود إليها فى نفس اليوم بعد تدهور حالتها الصحية.

وفى اليوم التالى أبلغ مدير المستشفى مديرية الصحة بمحافظة المنوفية بخطورة الحالة، والتى أمرت بدورها بعمل رسوم إشعاعية على صدرها وسحب عينتين من دمها وعمل مسح للحلق، وتم إرسال تلك العينات والتحليل إلى المعامل المركزية للتحاليل بوزارة الصحة فى الوقت الذى توجهت فيه المريضة إلى مستشفى "الشروق" بمدينة طنطا، غير أن الحالة توفيت فى تمام الثانية من ظهر أمس، الأحد، ولم تعلن وزارة الصحة عنها إلا بعد مرور 7 ساعات على وفاتها.

وفى شارع أحمد عرابى بشبين الكوم، حيث تسكن سماح، خيمت حالة من الحزن على الأهالى، كما سادت حالة من الخوف والفزع على باقى المنازل المجاورة لها، خوفاً من إصابتهم بالفيروس نتيجة مخالطتهم لسماح.

هذا و أشار مصدر بإدارة الطب الوقائى بمحافظة الغربية إلى أن أجهزة الكشف الحرارى بمطار القاهرة الدولى لم تكشف عن ظهور أعراض مرض أنفلونزا الخنازير على سماح السيد سليم، وذلك بسبب انخفاض درجة حرارتها فى نفس اليوم الذى عادت فيه من السعودية بعد تناولها عددا من المسكنات.

من ناحية أخرى سيطرت حالة من التوتر على مكتب وزير الصحة حاتم الجبلى بعد الإعلان المفاجئ عن وفاة أول حالة بأنفلونزا الخنازير فى مصر، وذلك بسبب خروج أكثر من قيادة بالوزارة فى القنوات الرسمية والفضائية لإعلان الوفاة دون العودة إلى الدكتور حاتم الجبلى كما كان معتادا فى حالات أنفلونزا الطيور والخنازير الأولى، ومن المتوقع أن يتخذ الوزير إجراءات صارمة صباح اليوم لضبط الإيقاع الإعلامى فى الوزارة لمنع البلبلة بالشارع المصرى حول ملابسات وفاة سماح السيد سليم.

يأتى ذلك فى الوقت الذى أعلنت فيه وزارة الصحة عن إصابة 3 حالات جديدة بفيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير ليصل عدد المصابين بالمرض فى مصر إلى 130 حالة، توفيت منهم حالة وتماثل 106 للشفاء، ومازالت 23 حالة تخضع للعلاج داخل مستشفيات الحميات.

most of the information i read so-far all claims the husband refused to allow and exam because she had a pre existing heart condition.I find the claims to be a bit hard to accept as factual imho.

أعلنت مديرية الشئون الصحية بالمنوفية عن رفع حالة الطوارئ والاستعدادات عقب الإعلان عن وفاة أول حالة لأنفلونزا الخنازير لربة منزل من منطقة شارع أبو النور القديم بالحى القبلى بمدينة شبين الكوم وتدعى سماح السيد سليم(25 سنة) ربة منزل؛ وذلك وفقا للبيان الذى أصدرته وزارة الصحة أمس، الأحد، والذى جاء فيه وفاة المذكورة إثر عودتها من المملكة العربية السعودية بعد أدائها مناسك العمرة برفقة زوجها محمد سعيد(30 سنة).

وأوضح د. هشام عطا وكيل وزارة الصحة بالمنوفية أنه تبين إصابة الزوجة بحالة إعياء شديدة وارتفاع فى درجة الحرارة وهبوط حاد بعضلة القلب عقب عودتها بيومين حيث لم تستطع أجهزة الفحص بالمطار كشف إصابتها لتناولها أدوية بالسعودية للتخفيف من آلام إصابتها قبل العودة وبنفس الأعراض.

قام الزوج بنقلها إلى مستشفى خاص بمدينة طنطا حيث ارتاب الأطباء فى إصابتها بفيروس اتش1 ان5 المعروف بأنفلونزا الخنازير وتم أخذ عينة من المصابة التى توفيت بعدها وتبين من فحص العينة أنها إيجابية.

وأشار وكيل وزارة الصحة بالمنوفية إلى قيام فريق طبى من مديرية الشئون الصحية بالمنوفية بالانتقال إلى محل إقامة المذكورة وأخذ عينات من 6 أفراد من أقاربها المخالطين لها ووضعهم تحت الملاحظة لمدة 10 أيام للتأكد من عدم إصابتهم بالفيروس.

واستقبل الأهالى جثمان سماح مساء أول أمس، السبت، وتم دفنها فى مقابر الأسرة بمدينة شبين الكوم وسط ذهول وحيرة كبيرة من إصابتها بهذا الفيروس.

yes it could be a typo, they did the same thing in arabic. this young lady was sick in Saudi Arabia .she could have traveled sick from Egypt to start with.the area shes from has had both suspect h5n1/h1n1 infections with most being proclaimed as negative based on testing.

most of the articles indicated it was do to h1n1.

but the moh report above, which was made public today and runs through the 20th of july indicates no deaths from h1n1 in egypt.

حالة من الارتباك والحيرة سادت أهالى محافظة المنوفية عقب الإعلان عن أول حالة وفاة بأنفلونزا الخنازير لربة منزل تدعى سماح توفيق سليمة (25 سنة) ربة منزل وتقيم بمدينة شبين الكوم وذلك عقب عودتها من أداء مناسك العمرة بالسعودية برفقة زوجها وفقا لتقارير وزارة الصحة.

ورغم تأكيد د. هشام عطا يوسف وكيل وزارة الصحة بالمنوفية أنه تبين إصابة الزوجة بحالة إعياء شديدة وارتفاع فى درجة الحرارة وهبوط حاد بعضلة القلب عقب عودتها من الأراضى الحجازية بيومين، إلا أن أجهزة الفحص بالمطار لم تستطع كشف إصابتها لتناولها أدوية بالسعودية للتخفيف من آلام أصابتها قبل العودة، وقيام الزوج بنقلها إلى مستشفى خاص بمدينة طنطا حيث ارتاب الأطباء فى إصابتها بفيروس اتش1 ان1 المعروف بأنفلونزا الخنازير وتم أخذ عينة من المصابة التى توفيت بعدها وتبين من فحص العينة أنها إيجابية.

إلا أن العديد من أهالى المنطقة عبروا عن صدمتهم مما أثير حول إصابة المتوفاة بأنفلونزا الخنازير وأكدوا أنها كانت مصابة بضيق بأحد صمامات القلب ونتيجة سفرها بالطائرة أدى ذلك إلى إصابتها ببعض المضاعفات التى أدت إلى وفاتها بدليل عدم احتجازها فور وصولها بالمطار؛ حيث مكثت يومين كاملين بمنزلها قبل نقلها إلى مستشفى خاص بالغربية لتدهور حالتها الصحية.

اليوم السابع التقت محمد سعيد قنديل (30 سنة) زوج الضحية وقال إنه عاش مع زوجته طوال فترة مرضها بالقلب ولم يصب بأى أذى أو أى أعراض لما يسمى بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير لافتًا إلى أن زوجته مولودة بروماتيزم بالقلب وهو السبب الأساسى فى وفاتها حيث أصيبت منذ 3 سنوات بجلطة دخلت على إثرها المستشفى وتم تشخيص حالتها بالحاجة إلى جراحة تغيير صمام ميترالى، وقال "خفنا من العملية وعاشت بالعلاج ومنعتها من الحمل والإنجاب خوفا من الإجهاد وتعريض حياتها للخطر" وتابع: "لقد شقيت الراحلة وتعبت معى كثيرا طوال حياتى معها على مدار 8 سنوات ولكى أعوضها عن ذلك كله جعلتها تقوم بأداء العمرة أكثر من مرة".

ويحكى الزوج قصة مرض زوجته الراحلة قائلا: تدهورت حالتها وفى اليوم الثالث فى مكة قالت لى: "زورى وجعنى" وذهبنا لمستوصف وقالوا إن السبب تغيير الجو وأعطونا علاج "كحه وغرغرة" وبعدها ذهبنا للمدينة حيث ساءت الحالة بشكل ملحوظ نتيجة المجهود الذى بذلته أثناء أداء مناسك العمرة وشربها للماء المثلج بسبب ارتفاع درجة الحرارة مما أدى إلى ضعف قلبها ووجود مياه على الرئة حسب تشخيص أحد المستشفيات بالمدينة وتم عمل اللازم.

وأضاف: استلمت تقريرا بوجود ضيق فى التنفس وانسداد بأحد الصمامات التى توصل الأكسجين للدم ولم يذكر الأطباء أى شىء عن الاشتباه بإصابتها بأنفلونزا الخنازير ونتيجة لعدم قدرتى على التفاهم مع طاقم الأطباء والتمريض لأن معظمهم هنود والخوف أن تموت بعيدا عن أهلها طلبت خروجها على مسئوليتى وأحضرت لها فى المطار كرسيا متحركا لعدم قدرتها على الحركة ومررنا على الجهاز الحرارى بالمطار ولم يخبرنا أى شخص بالاشتباه فى إصابتنا وعدنا إلى منزلنا واستقبلنا الأهل بالأحضان والقبلات.

أكد أنها عاشت حياة طبيعية إلى أن أصيبت بأزمة نقلت على إثرها إلى مستشفى خاص بالغربية رفض استقبالها إلا بعد دفع نفقات الإقامة والعلاج وطلب عمل أشعة على المخ والقلب وتم وضعها على جهاز التنفس الصناعى لمدة 48 ساعة وأخذوا منا 8 آلاف جنيه ولم يبلغونا بوجود أى اشتباه فى إصابتها بأنفلونزا الخنازير وإلا كان لابد من وضع جميع أفراد الطاقم الطبى والتمريض تحت الحجر الصحى.

واستكمل والحزن يعلو وجهه: ساءت حالة سماح إلى أن وصلت إلى ما يسمى "بالموت الإكلينكى" وطلبت نقلها إلى منزل أسرتها حتى لا تموت بعيدا عنهم.

وأكمل سامح (38 سنة) تاجر شقيق المتوفاة: فوجئنا فى آخر يوم فى المستشفى بحضور وكيل وزارة الصحة بالغربية وسؤالهم عن صحة شقيقتى والمخالطين لها وطلبوا نقلها إلى مستشفى صدر طنطا إلا أن سيارة الإسعاف لم تستطع نقلها إلى المستشفى لتدهور حالتها بشكل يقترب من الوفاة، وأضاف سامح: "لم يأخذ أى طبيب عينات من أختى والكلام دا كله كدب فى كدب.. حرام عليكم دى مريضة بالقلب" وإن كان عندها هذا الفيروس فلماذا لم يصب زوجها الذى عاشرها طوال هذه المدة؟

وأضاف شقيقها عمرو قائلا: أخذناها بالأحضان والقبلات عقب عودتها من العمرة وجميعنا يعيش حياة طبيعية عادية.. منهم لله الذين يروجون تلك الشائعات.

وتابع: جاء طاقم تمريض من وزارة الصحة بعد الوفاة بيومين وأخذوا عينات مننا وعدد 6 أفراد من المخالطين لها للتاكد من عدم إصابتنا بالعدوى مؤكدا أن الهدف من هذا الموضوع إثارة حالة من الخوف والرعب بين الناس لمنعهم من الخروج لأداء فريضة العمرة و الحج.

وأوضح د. هشام عطا يوسف وكيل وزارة الصحة بالمنوفية، أنه عقب التأكد من إيجابية العينة التى تم أخذها من المتوفاة انتقل فريق طبى من مديرية الشئون الصحية إلى محل إقامة المذكورة، وتم أخذ عينات من 6 أفراد من أقاربها المخالطين لها ووضعهم تحت الملاحظة لمدة 10 أيام، للتأكد من عدم أصابتهم بالفيروس، وجاءت نتائج العينات سلبية لهم جميعا.

وفى اتصال هاتفى لليوم السابع مع محمد سعيد قنديل زوج الضحية، أكد قيام مديرية الشئون الصحية بإبلاغه عبر الهاتف أن نتائج العينات التى تم أخذها منه وعدد 5 من أشقاء جاءت سلبية، لافتا إلى أن هذا يثبت "كذب وافتراء" الشائعات التى دارت حول وفاة زوجتى بسبب أنفلونزا الخنازير، لأننى كنت أكثر المخالطين لها طوال فترة مرضها وسهرت بجوارها لرعايتها وتخفيض حرارتها، وكنت أتعامل معها بشكل مباشر دون خوف أو قلق، وأيضا أشقاؤها وأقاربها قاموا بمعانقتها وأخذوها فى أحضانهم عقب عودتها ولم يصب أى أحد بأذى.
