    تسبب فيروس الأنفلونزا المستجدة "أنفلونزا الخنازير H1N1" فى وفاة شابين هما محمد عبد السلام علام (27 سنة _ عامل زراعى من قرية السمارة مركز تمى الإمديد) وأحمد إبراهيم شلبى (27 سنة _ من قرية ميت العامل مركز أجا)، وتوفى الاثنان بالمستشفى الدولى بالمنصورة بعد أن ساءت حالتهما، حيث تم حجزهما بالمستشفى وأكدت المعامل المركزية لوزارة الصحة إصابتهما بالفيروس وتم إعطاؤهما عقار التاميفلو ووضعهما على أجهزة التنفس الصناعى إلا أنهما توفيا.           For the last several years, Egypt screens, on average, over 200 people a month for H5N1. These are all "suspected" cases initially. This is an average of 7 people per day screened.
