Abdel-Aziz, the President of the Division of Poultry Cairo Chamber of Commerce, that the poultry prices rose Wednesday, a half pounds per kilogram farms as a result of increased demand, rising poultry white wholesaler from 18 to 18.5 pounds per kilogram to rise in the market to 20 per kilogram, up from 19.5 b, which also rose to 21 municipal pounds per kilo to the final consumer.
He stressed in a special permit for the seventh day the need for state intervention to increase energy production from poultry in the domestic market and the entry of herds of new ones, in light of the continued deaths of mothers by as much as 50% due to the severe acute respiratory syndrome, stressing the need to take poultry producers a serious step to the demands of Division, which was submitted and presented to them recently, and it enriched eggs imported from abroad to be discharged in the domestic market, which increases energy and productivity, and reduce the cost price of the chick from 7 pounds to 3.5 pounds.
He added that the plan to increase energy production should start by the State before entering the seasons, especially the month of Ramadan, as the poultry must be included in the service for not less than 5 months at the farm and then enter the production cycle for a month and a half months, to be sufficient to use within the domestic market, noting that the commencement of work in the production of poultry from now will reduce the gap nearly 7 months, and that the delay in the search for production is sufficient for her later in the light of low rates of production in Egypt will be removed from the gap in poultry and in full , especially with the entry of seasons in the domestic market, such as holidays and the month of Ramadan.
And prices of live birds, the Chairman of the Division for the poultry to the turkey up to 15 pounds on the farm and 19 pounds of the sentence and the final consumer 21.5 pounds per kilo, as the price of the bathroom to 23 pounds per kilo in the wholesale and end users 25 pounds per kilo.

أكد عبد العزيز السيد رئيس شعبة الدواجن بغرفة القاهرة، أن أسعار الدواجن قد ارتفعت أمس الأربعاء، نصف جنيه للكيلو بالمزارع نتيجة زيادة معدلات الطلب، حيث ارتفعت الدواجن البيضاء لتاجر الجملة من 18 إلى 18.5 جنيه للكيلو لترتفع فى الأسواق إلى 20 جنيهاً للكيلو، بعد أن كانت بـ 19.5، كما ارتفع البلدى منها إلى 21 جنيها للكيلو للمستهلك النهائى.

وشدد السيد فى تصريح خاص لليوم السابع على ضرورة تدخل الدولة لزيادة الطاقة الإنتاجية من الدواجن فى السوق المحلية، ودخول قطعان جديدة منها فى ظل استمرار نفوق الأمهات بنسبة كبيرة تصل إلى 50% بسبب مرض الالتهاب الرئوى، مشددا على ضرورة أن يتخذ منتجو الدواجن خطوة جادة لمطالب الشعبة الذى تم تقديمها، وعرضها عليهم مؤخرا، وهو استيراد بيض مخصب من الخارج ليتم تفريغه فى السوق المحلية، مما يزيد من الطاقة الإنتاجية، ويخفض أسعار التكلفة للكتكوت من 7 جنيهات إلى 3.5 جنيه.

وأضاف أن خطة زيادة الطاقة الإنتاجية لابد أن تبدأ بها الدولة قبل الدخول إلى المواسم، وخاصة شهر رمضان، حيث إن الدواجن لابد أن تدخل فى الخدمة مدة لا تقل عن 5 أشهر فى المزارع ثم تدخل إلى دورة الإنتاج لمدة شهر ونصف الشهر، لكى تكون كافية الاستخدام داخل السوق المحلية، مشيرا إلى أن بدء العمل فى إنتاج الدواجن من الآن سيقلل من الفجوة ما يقرب من 7 أشهر، كما أن التأخر فى البحث عن إنتاج كافٍ لها فيما بعد فى ظل انخفاض معدلات إنتاجها فى مصر سوف يرفع من الفجوة فى الدواجن إلى عام كامل، خاصة مع دخول المواسم فى السوق المحلية مثل الإجازات وشهر رمضان.

وعن أسعار الطيور الحية، أشار رئيس شعبة الدواجن إلى أن الرومى وصل إلى 15 جنيها فى المزرعة و19 جنيهاً للجملة والمستهلك النهائى 21.5 جنيها للكيلو، كما وصلت أسعار الحمام إلى 23 جنيهاً للكيلو فى الجملة وللمستهلك النهائى 25 جنيهاً للكيلو.
