Does Swiss realy vaccinated all of the citizens?
Does the 2nd vaccination over also?
Only business or other reasons included?

Aknowledging an shelf life of 6 months to a year,<r of="" a="" pandemic="" vaccine,=""> it was aspected that many countries which have it, and didn't vacc. all the citizens, will retain them more time further, because a possibility of an nastier strain insurgence with some actual strain qualities.

All the world countries knows for such incoming problems at least from the year 2005 situation and guideliness.
So it is unclear why countries with experts/facilities/money didn't in the meantime implement more new knowledge/tech/ver., or special multicorps. aggreements, to made pandemic vacc. for their inner consumption.

Some productions could be quoted strategic, not business only ...
For vacc. production implementing capable states, outsourcing isn't the best option, maybe.</r>
