The operating room to activate the status of the central cabinet's information for the management of the crisis and the global flu pandemic by providing them with a direct telephone line 20 to allow members of the Commission to coordinate the crisis to send and receive phone calls with 20 computers equipped with an automatic all the Internet services and e-mail.
Were also provided room Tlefonin lines and a fax machine and 3 e-mail to receive communications from all the ministries and the provinces and stakeholders, and 4 screens for the follow-up of news on some of the world news agencies in addition to the Reuters screen and a set of maps showing the locations of pig farms in the provinces of Egypt and preparation.
Dr. Maged Osman, head of the center that are being provided to the room with a modern system Alvedyukonfrans for the audio-visual communication with all provinces and some ministries are also involved coordination with an Egyptian mobile phone companies to allocate a similar system to the system of "Push To Talh" Walk1 -- Talk2 to members of a committee coordinating the management of the crisis and the global flu pandemic, including calls for a maximum of 25 lines in order to facilitate communication and exchange of data and information between all members of the Committee on the clock.

يتم تنشيط غرفة العمليات المركزية بمركز المعلومات بمجلس الوزراء لادارة أزمة وباء الانفلونزا العالمي وذلك بتزويدها بعدد 20 خطا تليفونيا مباشر بما يتيح لأعضاء اللجنة تنسيق الأزمة بارسال واستقبال المكالمات التليفونية مع 20 حاسبا اليا مزوداً بكافة خدمات الانترنت والبريد الالكتروني.

كما تم تزويد الغرفة بخطين تليفونين وجهاز فاكس و3 بريد اليكترونيا لاستقبال البلاغات من كافة الوزارات والمحافظات والجهات المعنية و4 شاشات عرض لمتابعة الأخبار علي بعض وكالات الأنباء العالمية المحلية بالاضافة إلي شاشة برويترز ومجموعة من الخرائط التي تبين مواقع حظائر الخنازير في محافظات مصر واعدادها.

أوضح الدكتور ماجد عثمان رئيس المركز بأنه يجري حالياً تزويد الغرفة بأجهزة حديثة ونظام الفيديوكونفرانس من أجل تحقيق التواصل بالصوت والصورة مع كافة المحافظات وبعض الوزارات المعنية كما يجري أيضاً التنسيق مع احدي شركات التليفون المحمول المصرية من أجل تخصيص نظام مماثل لنظام "Push To Talh" Walk1 - Talk2 لاعضاء لجنة تنسيق ادارة أزمة وباء الانفلونزا العالمي بما يستدعي 25 خطاً بحد أقصي وذلك من أجل تسهيل التواصل وتبادل البيانات والمعلومات بين كافة أعضاء اللجنة علي مدار الساعة.
