القاهرة - محرر مصراوي - قال تقرير صحفي ان حالة من الرعب والذعر يعيشها أهالي مدينة طهطا بمحافظة سوهاج منذ أسبوع بسبب سوء الخبز الذي يتناوله 750 ألف نسمة هم سكان مدينة طهطا، وهو ما امتد إلي المحافظة بأكملها مهددا حياة المواطنين بالخطر.

A source familiar with the port of Safaga revealed that the Russian wheat shipment ? which was rejected about a month ago ? is "good," and does not differ in quality of previously imported shipments, referring to the rejection of the shipment as a "game of interests."

The source told Al-Masry Al-Youm: "What has been said about the Russian wheat shipment being corrupt and unfit for human consumption is not true, because its quality although mediocre, it is no different from the quality of previously imported shipments currently in Egypt.

The same applies to questions regarding the insects, especially as the majority of imported wheat contains insects; something which is taken into consideration during barn storage."

The source added: "Imported wheat from Icelandic countries such as Russia and the Ukraine, often come to us in mediocre quality, because it is steeped in water and harvested in an icy atmosphere, making it difficult to analyze. Therefore the chances of the presence of insects within the crop are large.

"This is a well-known fact and we are dealing with it," noting that the decline in prices in these countries (Russia and the Ukraine) as opposed to other countries that have high-quality wheat, is the main motive behind the importation of Russian wheat.

The source continued: "When the wheat enters the port a sample is taken for laboratory analysis to see if it conforms to health standards. After making sure of its quality it is allowed entry into the country where barns receive them."

The source attributed the rejection of the Russian wheat shipment to what he called "the game of interests" between businessmen.

Al-Masry Al-Youm received official documents confirming that the quantities of wheat imported from Russia have been analyzed in the laboratories of the Ministry of Agriculture, where dead insect species that are not found in Egypt have been discovered.

In addition to this the presence of poisonous and pernicious weeds higher than allowed, which is up to 57 seeds per kilogram of grass, have also been found.

أصدر اللواء محمد شعراوى قرارا بتشكيل لجنة من مديريات الصحة والتموين بالبحيرة لفحص عينات قمح فاسد تم توزيعها داخل المحافظة.

جاء ذلك بعد تأكيد أحد السائقين المكلف بتوزيع كميات القمح على المطاحن، أن القمح غير صالح وأنه عند قيامه بتوزيعه على المحافظات بداية من السويس إلى الإسكندرية، رفضت كل مطاحن المحافظات المقيدة استلامه ماعدا مطاحن كفر الدوار التى قامت بتسلم شحنتها.

ترتب على قرار اللواء شعراوى وقف طحن الكمية المستلمة من القمح، وأشار السائق إلى أن الكمية التى تم توزيعها من القمح والذى يبلغ وزنها 10 أطنان خرجت من صوامع شبرا الخيمة.

على جانب آخر أظهر عدد كبير من المحامين بالمحافظة اعتراضهم على مثل هذا النوع من الصفقات الفاسدة بتنظيم وقفة احتجاجية أمس داخل المحكمة بكفر الدوار

أصيب سبعة أشخاص من أسرة واحدة فى مركز البلينا بسوهاج، بحالة تسمم غذائى إثر تناولهم لوجبة ملوخية جلبوها من أحد الباعة الجائلين.

تلقى اللواء أحمد خميس مدير أمن سوهاج، بلاغا من مستشفى البلينا المركزى يفيد وصول أسرة مكونة من سبعة أفراد مصابين بحالة تسمم غذائى، وبسؤالهم قرروا أنه عقب تناولهم وجبة الغداء، وهى عبارة عن ملوخية خضراء جلبوها من السوق من أحد الباعة، شعروا بمغص وألم فى البطن وإسهال وقىء، مما اضطرهم للاتصال بالإسعاف لإنقاذهم.
ودلت تحريات العميدين عاصم حمزة وعصام الدين الحملى من إدارة البحث الجنائى بالمديرية، أن المصابين هم سبعة أفراد من أسرة واحدة، وهم انشراح شمس الدين محمد (14 عاما) وليالى أحمد محمد (50 عاما) وحميدة عبد اللطيف محمد (65 عاما) وباتعة أحمد حسين (40 عاما) وشمسيه محمد حسن (60 عاما) وحميد عبد الحميد محمد (22 عاما) وإلهام عبد الحميد محمد (15 عاما).

حالات تسمم بسوهاج والغربية بسبب البطيخ الفاسد سوهاج ـ محمود مقبول وهند عادل


استقبل مستشفى طهطا العام، 15 مواطناً مصابين بحالات قئ وإسهال وآلام بالبطن إثر تناولهم وجبة بطيخ فاسد تم عمل الإسعافات الأولية لهم واحتجازهم بقسم السموم.

تلقى اللواء أحمد خميس مساعد الوزير مدير أمن سوهاج بلاغاً من مستشفى طهطا العام بوصول عدد 15 مواطناً على دفعات إلى استقبال المستشفى على إثر إصابتهم بحالة قئ وإسهال شديد، وعلى الفور انتقل إلى المستشفى العميدان عاصم حمزة وعصام الدين الحملى من إدارة البحث الجنائى وأسفرت التحريات عن أن الدفعة الأولى من المصابين كانت من قرية شطورة، وهى أسرة مكونة من أربعة أفراد، وهم بخيتة إسماعيل بخواجى (48 عاماً) شيماء السيد بخيت (23 عاماً) وأحمد السيد بخيت (28 عاماً) وأسماء زين العابدين بخواجى (23 عاماً)، وجميعهم قرروا أنهم شعروا بالألم بالبطن بعد تناولهم وجبة بطيخ داخل المنزل.

كما استقبلت المستشفى أيضا 10 أشخاص من قرية الصفيحة مركز طهطا من عائلة واحدة من بينهم خمسة أطفال بعد ظهور نفس الأعراض عليهم، وأكدوا تناولوا وجبة بطيخ بعد شرائها من السوق، وأنها كانت حالتها الخارجية سليمة ولم يظهر عليها أية حالات تعفن.

ومن جانبه أكد الدكتور محمد شومان مدير مستشفى طهطا العام، أن الحالات جاءت المستشفى تباعاً تظهر عليها حالات الإعياء وألم فى البطن وتم عمل اللازم لهم حتى استقرت حالتهم الصحية، وتم متابعتهم حتى بعد وصولهم منازلهم وحالتهم الآن طبيعية.

وفى الغربية أصيبت أسرة بأكملها بالتسمم الشديد نتيجة تناولها البطيخ، وتم نقلها لمستشفى طنطا الجامعى بحالة إعياء شديدة.

كان اللواء رمزى تعلب مدير أمن الغربية قد تلقى بلاغاً من مستشفى طنطا الجامعى بوصول عزب محمد خليفة (42 سنة) مهندس وزوجته عايدة على السمنى (35 سنة) ربة منزل وأنجالهم محمد (10 سنوات) وعلى (7 سنوات) ومريم (5 سنوات) مقيمون بمنطقة سيجر مصابون بحالة تسمم غذائى نتيجة تناولهم بطيخ.

على الفور تم تشكيل فريق بحث لكشف أسباب الواقعة، وأكدت التحريات تناول الأسرة "بطيخ"، ولم تتهم الأسرة أحداً، تم تحرير المحضر 7960 قسم أول طنطا، وأخطرت النيابة العامة التى تولت التحقيق

أصدرت مديرية الصحة بمدينة الأقصر قرارا بإغلاق مطحن حجرى تسبب فى تلوث كمية من الدقيق بمادة الرصاص، وذلك على خلفية إصابة 15 شخصا بالتسمم اليوم السبت بقرية البعيرات إثر تناولهم خبزا أنتج بهذا الدقيق. أزمة القمح الفاسد تجددت فى المحافظات

بعد تسمم أكثر من 17 مواطنا بعد تناولهم خبزا مخلوطا بالرصاص بالأقصر، كشفت جولة اليوم السابع فى عدد من المحافظات أن الأقصر ليست الوحيدة التى تعانى من مشكلة القمح الفاسد غير الصالح للاستخدام الآدمى، وأن أهالى الدقهلية والسويس ومحافظات أخرى يعانون من القمح الردىء.

فى الدقهلية، لم تسلم المحافظة من تسرب كميات من القمح الفاسد إليها من المحافظات المجاورة
وتمكنت مباحث التموين من ضبط 120 طنا من القمح الفاسد، كما ضبطت كميات من الذرة الفاسد بداخل شونه السنبلاوين وكميات أخرى بداخل أحد المطاحن الخاصة.

ولم تكن تلك الكميات هى الوحيدة، فظهرت رداءة الدقيق على رغيف الخبز فى مراكز المحافظة، حتى وصل الأمر لدرجة أن حذر أصحاب المخابز المواطنين فى مراكز دكرنس وبنى عبيد ومنية النصر من تناول الخبز الذى يبيعونه لهم، وطلبوا منهم أن يستخدموه فقط كطعام للحيوانات، وذلك بسبب رائحته النفاذة ولونه الأسود، وعدم تماسك العجين أثناء الخبز.

ونفى ممدوح عطوة مدير إدارة التموين بالدقهلية تصاعد رائحة من الدقيق، قائلا إن ذلك يحدث فى حالة التخزين، فى الوقت الذى لا يتم فيه تخزين أية كمية من الدقيق، بسبب إنتاجه بشكل يومى. كما أكد مصدر مسئول أن القمح ذا الرائحة غالبًا ما يكون فاسدًا قبل طحنه ويكون به ثقوب، مما يجعل المادة الجيلاتينية به قليلة فتجعله غير متماسك.

وفى السويس، تعددت شكاوى أصحاب المخابز بالمحافظة من سوء حالة الدقيق المدعم للخبز البلدى وعدم صلاحيته، مما تسبب فى إهدار الآلاف من أرغفة الخبز، وهو الأمر الذى دعا اللواء محمد سيف الدين جلال محافظ السويس إلى تشكيل لجنه برئاسة المحاسب علاء بدور السكرتير العام للمحافظة للقيام بجولات مفاجئة على المطاحن المتعاقد معها للكشف على الدقيق وفحصه.

وكانت شعبه المخابز بالغرفة التجارية قد تقدمت بشكوى رسمية إلى محافظ السويس فى ذلك الموضوع، كما قدم على أمين رئيس لجنة الوفد العامة بالسويس وعضو المجلس المحلى للمحافظة، سؤالاً للمجلس عن أسباب سوء حالة رغيف الخبز البلدى بالسويس وعدم مطابقته للمواصفات المقررة وعجز الأجهزة التنفيذية عن حل هذه الأزمة.

أما فى البحيرة، فقد شكك عدد كبير من مواطنى المحافظة فى تقرير لجنة فحص القمح التى أصدر اللواء محمد شعراوى محافظ البحيرة قرارا بتشكيلها لفحص عينات القمح التى وصلت مطحن كفر الدوار.
و جاء التقرير ليؤكد أنها شحنات من القمح الأوكرانى المخزنة فى مطاحن شبرا الخيمة حسب الأوراق الرسمية، لم تأت مباشرة عن طريق الجمارك، وأن هذه الشحنة وصلت للبلاد قبل شهر أغسطس الماضى، أى قبل ما أثير عن شحنات القمح الفاسد، وأن هذه الشحنة ليس لها صلة بالقمح الروسى الفاسد.

الأهالى أكدوا أن حالة الخبز فى الفترة الماضية كانت سيئة للغاية، بخلاف حالة العجين الذى عليه عدم التماسك بشكل غير طبيعى، متشككين فى صلاحية هذا القمح للاستهلاك الآدمى، وهو ما دفع
10 من المحامين من مركز كفر الدوار بتقديم بلاغ إلى نيابة كفر الدوار للتحفظ على الشحنة التى سبق أن رفضتها مطاحن السويس والإسكندرية، لمنع تسربها للأسواق.

كما تقدم المهندس زكريا الجناينى عضو مجلس الشعب بسؤال عاجل لرئيس الوزراء، حول وصول كميات من القمح الفاسد إلى مطحن كفر الدوار، وتأثير ذلك على أكثر من مليون و250 ألف نسمة هم تعداد سكان كفر الدوار الذين يعيشون فى فزع وخوف، بعد أن أكلوا خبزاً من هذا القمح، متسائلاً عن المسئول عن توريد 10 أطنان من القمح لمطحن كفر الدوار، بعد أن رفضت جميع مطاحن الجمهورية استلامها.

وقال عدد من أهالى البحيرة إن الحكومة جعلت منهم فئران تجارب تقوم بتجربة أنواع القمح الردىء عليهم، وذلك لانخفاض سعره فى مقابل الأنواع الجيدة، مؤكدين أن القمح المصرى أفضل من جميع الأنواع الأخرى.

وفى الإسماعيلية، نفى المهندس محمد نصر البعلى مدير عام مديرية الزراعة بالمحافظة، ما تردد من وجود قمح مسرطن بالإسماعيلية، وأكد أنه بناء على توجيهات اللواء عبد الجليل الفخرانى محافظ الإسماعيلية، يتم فتح شون القمح طوال أيام الأسبوع، لافتا إلى أن إنتاج الإسماعيلية لمحصول القمح يزيد على الحاجة الفعلية ويتم تصديره.

وشدد البعلى على وجود رقابة محكمة على مداخل ومخارج المحافظة لعدم تسرب أية شحنات من القمح المسرطن، بالإضافة إلى الكشف الدورى على محصول القمح الموجود بالمحافظة.

استجابة للقضية التى أثارها اليوم السابع حول إصابة عدد من أهالى الأقصر بالتسمم بعد تناولهم خبزا مخلوطا بالرصاص، بدأت النيابة العامة تحقيقاتها حول ملابسات القضية.

وعلم اليوم السابع أن إدارة مركز السموم بمستشفى الدمرداش أجلت اليوم مواعيد الزيارة اليومية ساعة كاملة، بشكل مؤقت لوجود أعضاء من النيابة العامة بالمركز لأخذ أقوال المصابين بالتسمم من قرية البعيرات غرب، التابعة لمدينة الأقصر.

وفوجئ أهالى المرضى القادمين لزيارة ذويهم بتأجيل مواعيد الزيارة إلى الساعة الرابعة عصرا، بدلا من الثالثة كما هو مقرر، بشكل خاص فى مركز السموم، فى حين استمرت مواعيد الزيارة كما هى فى بقية أقسام المستشفى، وأكدت مصادر أن أعضاء النيابة أخذوا أقوال الأسر المصابة بتسمم الرصاص، الذى يرجح أن يكون بسبب تلوث الدقيق المدعم بالقرية، خاصة أن أسرة ثالثة -من نفس القرية - ظهرت عليها نفس أعراض الإصابة، وتم احتجاز أفرادها صباح اليوم بمعهد السموم.

ومن ناحية أخرى، أكد أحد أهالى قرية البعيرات التى ظهرت فيها حالات التسمم أن مديرية التموين بالأقصر بدأت منذ صباح اليوم فى جمع كل كميات الدقيق المدعم الموجود بمنازل المواطنين بصحبة أفراد من الشرطة، ولم تعلن بعد وزارة الصحة، أو مديرية الصحة أو التموين بالأقصر أى تفاصيل عن أسباب الإصابة، وأن نفى اللواء سمير فرج، رئيس المجلس الأعلى لمدينة الأقصر، أن يكون للدقيق المدعم علاقة بإصابات التسمم.

ترددت أنباء عن إصابة أسرة رابعة بقرية البعيرات بالأقصر، بأعراض تسمم الرصاص الذى أصاب 3 أسر من نفس القرية مؤخرا، وعلم اليوم السابع أن هناك حالات أخرى لأفراد من القرية لم يتم تشخيصها أو التأكد من إصابتها بتسمم الرصاص أو بإصابات أخرى لها أعراض مشابهة.

وتسببت حالة الذعر التى انتشرت بين أهالى القرية فى عزوف الأهالى عن التعامل مع الدقيق الحكومى "دقيق التموين" والاتجاه إلى طحن بعض الغلال الخاصة بالمزارعين فى مطاحن خاصة، بعد أن أشارت أصابع الاتهام إلى الدقيق الحكومى الذى يتسلمه أهالى القرية بالبطاقات التموينية، ثم يقومون بطحنه مرة أخرى، قبل استخدامه فى صناعة الخبز منزليا، لعدم وجود أفران فى القرية.

من جانبه، أكد الدكتور محى المصرى مدير مركز السموم بمستشفى الدمرداش، على استقرار حالة المصابين الموجودين بالمركز، بعد تلقيهم العلاج اللازم، وأكد أن حالة أفراد الأسرة الأولى مستقرة، بعد أن اختفت أعراض التسمم من أفرادها تماما، وأن الأسرة الثانية متوسطة الخطورة، لكنه أكد أنها ستتحسن بعد أن بدأت أعراض التسمم فى الاختفاء.

وأشار المصرى إلى أن الأسرة الثالثة التى وصلت صباح أمس ستبدأ فى تلقى العلاج بمجرد ظهور نتيجة تحليل عينة الرصاص الخاص بها اليوم، لتحديد برنامج العلاج على أساس نسبة تركيز الرصاص فى الدم عند كل حالة ،ولم تحدد الجهات الحكومية مصدر تلوث الرصاص المتسبب فى الإصابات حتى الأن، كما نفت وزارة الصحة على لسان وكيلها بالأقصر وجود إصابات من الأساس.

I think we need to rename this thread. Lead in food is something unusual. Usually, when one talks about bad food making people sick, they are talking about poor sanitation causing foodborne bacterial illness. This is far worse. The word "lead" should probably appear in the title of this thread. That almost seems intentional.

alert ,i have lived here fifteen years, I suspect no foul play at work.just stupid thinking on somebody's part do to the lack of education and openness here within Egypt. it could have been some repair made to the grinding facilities and leaded materials may have been used..

its bad bread/bad food/food poison.

every thing here is done without documents and or the use of specifications along with the general lack of any concept of quality control requirements or even the basic information and explanation of how and why to perform certain things/task by a detailed specific instruction often falls short of the desired outcome.do to a basic lack of pre planning for the task at hand.

its the third world for good reason!

OK. I've just seen so many recalls around here for salmonella and E. coli and such that I thought lead was something bizarre. I guess in other parts of the world it isn't.
