As key figures gather for an Ebola summit in London, an ITV News report shows how desperate things are getting in west Africa.
In the Liberian capital Monrovia victims are sometimes left writhing in agony in the middle of the street.
Local people watch on, but are too afraid of getting infected to intervene.

In Sierra Leone the crisis may be a lot worse than some might think.
In one makeshift medical centre there is nothing but beds, food and water.
There are no testing facilities ... no isolation wards to stop the disease spreading if they do.

Although official estimates put the death toll in the capital Freetown at just 10.
However the supervisor of a local graveyard, Abdul Rahman Parker, shows a list that puts the figure much higher at around 200 victims.
