1. Pay close attention to the recent level adjustment of domestic medium and high-risk areas and the released cases and the movement trajectory of asymptomatic infected persons. Citizens are advised to stay out of the province during the "May Day" holiday, especially not to go to epidemic-related areas. If you really need to go, please be sure to do personal protection and health monitoring, and conduct nucleic acid testing immediately after returning to Xiamen. Those with a history of living in an epidemic-related city should take the initiative to report to the community and unit, and cooperate with the community to do a good job in health management according to the degree of risk.
2. Shanghai personnel entering (returning) Xiamen will all implement 7+7 (7-day centralized + 7-day home health monitoring), and implement nucleic acid testing in accordance with the city's regulations. Beijing (Chaoyang District, Shunyi District, Fangshan District), Suzhou City, Hangzhou City (Gongshu District), Guangzhou City (Yuexiu District, Tianhe District, Huadu District, Baiyun District), Wannian County, Shangrao City (return) Xiamen personnel shall implement 7+7 (7-day home medical observation + 7-day home health monitoring), and implement nucleic acid testing in accordance with the city's regulations. 3. 4. For those who have entered (returned) Xiamen from other areas with local cases within 14 days, they will be subject to 14-day home health monitoring and nucleic acid testing in accordance with the city's regulations. For those who enter (return) Xiamen from other parts of the country, they should report to the community immediately after entering Xiamen, and carry out "three inspections in three days", that is, nucleic acid tests will be carried out on the day of entering Xiamen, and on the second and third days.
5. The drivers and passengers of trucks who came to Xiamen and entered the lake were tested for nucleic acid once a day during their stay in Xiamen. The consignor unit must strictly implement the main responsibility, and urge the above-mentioned personnel to complete the nucleic acid test. The above-mentioned drivers and passengers should take personal protection during their stay in Xiamen, travel point-to-point, and do not participate in gathering activities.
6. Persons who purchase the "four categories" of antipyretic, antitussive, antibiotics, and antiviral drugs must register the actual user information with real names, and implement the "two inspections in three days" for nucleic acid, that is, the actual user will be tested once within 6 hours after purchasing the drug. Repeat the test every 24 hours or more within 3 days.
7. It is necessary to strengthen nucleic acid testing before returning to work and school. During the May 1st period, all personnel who leave Xiamen must undergo a nucleic acid test within May 3-8 after returning to work. After returning to school, teachers, students and logistics employees of all types of schools in the district must return to school from May 5-9. 8.
