From 24:00 on February 1st, flights to Beijing will be suspended, and the sale of train tickets to Beijing will be suspended. Refunds for tickets and train tickets that have been sold will be processed according to regulations. From 24:00 on February 1, all passengers departing from airports, railways (including urban rail), and bus passenger terminals must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before they can travel.
