On October 15, the China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University held a delivery ceremony for the mobile hospital of the National Emergency Medical Rescue Base (Jilin) Three-Dimensional Transfer Center, and simultaneously carried out a full-element drill of helicopter aviation emergency medical rescue, marking the official commissioning of this "mobile emergency fortress" with important emergency response capabilities.

Du Jianshi, Party Secretary of the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital of Jilin University, explained that the base has established a comprehensive intelligent rescue system encompassing nine key areas: emergency command, multi-dimensional transport, and nuclear radiation rescue. Furthermore, the base is enhancing its soft rescue capabilities through improved emergency response mechanisms, open green channels, and strengthened training and drills. He stated that the mobile hospital will further enhance Northeast China's ability to handle major disasters and public health emergencies, providing a strong defense for the public's health.

The drill simulated a scenario where a skier suffered multiple complex injuries from falling from a high altitude. From command transmission, helicopter dispatch, emergency team assembly, to on-site disposal and air transfer, the entire process achieved "air-ground connection and top-down linkage", intuitively demonstrating the rapid response capability of air rescue.

As the core component of the multi-dimensional transport center, the mobile hospital is equipped with 15 emergency vehicles of 14 categories, 43 sets of tents (shelters), 200 beds, and an average daily emergency treatment capacity of 800-1000 patients. It can handle rapid cross-regional response, multi-dimensional transport by land, water, and air, large-scale casualty treatment, and specialized rescue missions such as nuclear radiation, poisoning, high-altitude cold injuries, and forest fire burns. It will become a key force in emergency medical rescue in Northeast China, while also safeguarding the safety of winter sports and the development of the winter sports economy.

The delivery of this mobile hospital will be deeply integrated with the existing resources of the base to promote the standardization and professionalization of regional emergency medical rescue capabilities, and provide solid guarantees for the construction of the public safety system in Jilin Province and even the Northeast region.
