Jining City Pre-hospital Medical Emergency Personnel Training Course was successfully held in Jining First People's Hospital

From March 24th to 28th, the city's pre-hospital medical emergency personnel training course was successfully held in the general practitioner training building of the East Campus of Jining First People's Hospital, sponsored by Jining Emergency Command Center and Jining Pre-hospital Medical Emergency Association and hosted by Jining First People's Hospital. The training attracted 176 pre-hospital medical emergency personnel from emergency stations (points) across the city.

After the opening ceremony, Xie Yingguang, director of the Medical Department of Jining First People's Hospital, gave the first class on the topic of "How to Identify Critically Ill Patients". Director Xie used his rich clinical experience to explain to the students the importance of identifying critically ill patients and the evaluation process and key points. Subsequently, the lecturers gave a comprehensive explanation of the theory and skill operation of pre-hospital emergency care. The theoretical teaching content includes relevant laws and regulations on pre-hospital medical emergency care, pre-hospital medical emergency diagnosis and treatment standards for common critical injuries, pre-hospital and in-hospital information construction, the application of new pre-hospital emergency care technologies, the design and thinking of emergency drills, the application of situational practical drills in pre-hospital emergency care training, and typical case sharing. The skill operation training mainly includes track maintenance cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the use of adult and child vehicle-mounted ventilators, the application of vehicle-mounted ultrasound and bone marrow cavity in pre-hospital emergency care, adult and child tracheal intubation, trauma hemostasis bandaging fixation and transportation, and electric defibrillation.
The training adopted a combination of "learning-practice-examination" mode. In the practical exercise session, multiple workshops were set up, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, vehicle-mounted ventilator, and tracheal intubation. The instructor led the trainees to conduct group practical exercises. After the training, all trainees were assessed on theoretical knowledge and skill operation. After passing the assessment, training certificates were issued uniformly.
This training is precisely positioned, innovative in form, covers a wide range of areas and is highly practical. Through this training, the city's pre-hospital medical emergency personnel have fully realized the importance, necessity and urgency of pre-hospital medical emergency training, enhanced their awareness of crisis and service, and will surely better protect the lives and health of the people.
