We have 10 cases already listed. And we have, for the first time, more recorded deaths than the official provincial report. It could be that the deaths of cases take some time to filter up from the city and county levels to the province. That could be the situation with case #818. That still leaves 5 deaths reported by the China NHFPC via the Hong Kong CHP report (at the below line links) which is 2 more than the 3 reported by Anhui.province. Possibly 2 deaths are actually from the end of November? In any event the deaths we have listed below are 100% verified by local and national reports. I am not changing anything. Maybe the numbers are too hard for the Chinese provinces and national government to keep track of?

As to the case number, I will add four on a line on our line list since we already have 10. As an additional comment, the Hong Kong CHP has only 9 cases listed for December 2016, but those cases are with onset dates before December 29 (as stated in the Hong Kong CHP report). Apparently there were 5 more cases between December 30 and 31:

#818 - Female, 49, reported poultry worker, died December 17, Xuancheng City, Guangde, Anhui province Death

#820 - Male, 54, severe pneumonia, Hefei, Anhui province CHP rpt 10/1/17

#821 - Male, 53, died, Hefei, Anhui province Death CHP rpt 10/1/17

#822 - Male, 62, pneumonia, Hefei, Anhui province CHP rpt 10/1/17

#823 - Male, 64, severe pneumonia, hospitalized in Hefei, from Lu'an, Anhui province CHP rpt 10/1/17

#925 - Female, 66, fatal, Hefei, Anhui province CHP rpt 10/1/17 Death

#926 - Female, 55, fatal, Wuhu, Anhui province CHP rpt 10/1/17 Death

#927 - Female, 75, fatal, Tianchang, Anhui province CHP rpt 10/1/17 Death

#928 - Male, 44, pneumonia, Bozhou, Anhui province CHP rpt 10/1/17

#929 - Male, 91, fatal, Wuhu, Anhui province CHP rpt 10/1/17 Death

Biological100 is working on links for the 4 new cases so can post them. Until then I have made a line addition for all four:

#941-944 - This line adds 4 cases. Anhui province announced 14 cases for December and we have 10 of those cases listed above. Anhui province

Since there are 0 cases and deaths reported for November we only dealing with December data.

The China NHFPC via the Hong Kong CHP report has reported 9 cases for December with 5 deaths. link

We had 10 cases and 6 deaths on our list and I added a line with 4 cases to reach the province number of 14. The China NFHPC commission and Hong Kong CHP are inaccurate in the total number of cases for Anhui province for December.

There is no explaining the death discrepancy between the province and the national China authorities. We have a verified government link for each death. Each of the 6 deaths is linked to a specific case. Maybe the national Chinese health authorities received information from the hospitals and researchers directly about the deaths and the provincial authorities are behind in updating their records for each patient.
