            Treyfish-san,
贵州省卫计委should be translated as "GuiZhou Health and Family Planning Commision" or "Health and Family Planning Commision of GuiZhou Province"of which abbreviation is "GZHFPC" and not as "Guizhou Provincial Planning Commission". Chinese is difficult for the foreigners especially American and European people who do not use Chinese Character:SMILE

              tetano-san,
布依 of "布依族苗族自治州" should be translated as "BuYI" not "BouYei" if used the Mandalin pronunciation.
Spelled "Bouyei" is, may be, the local language.
