TOKYO (Kyodo) -- The Tokyo High Court upheld a lower court ruling Friday sentencing a 50-year-old eye doctor to two years in prison without hard labor for causing infectious diseases in patients by conducting laser-based lasik surgeries in unhygienic conditions.
