Dhaka, Sept 5 (bdnews24.com)?-Another person infected with the swine flu died in Dhaka on Friday in a second case of fatality in H1N1 virus in Bangladesh.
Dr Tariqul Islam, in charge of the ward earmarked for swine flu patients at Dhaka Medical College Hospital, said 20-year old Abdus Sobhan Sagar died on Friday evening.
Sagar, a carpenter in Shekhertek in Mohammedpur in the capital, was admitted to the hospital with high fever and respiratory problem at 10am, according to Dr Islam.
His body was handed over to relatives around midnight.
The first H1N1 death in Bangladesh took place on Aug 30 when Mitali Chakravarty, a 35-year old woman from Savar, lost the battle at Lab Aid Hospital.
