More than 150 homeless dogs are being moved from the PSPCA's shelter in the Hunting Park section of Philadelphia to a garage after another outbreak of a deadly virus...

...Officials are asking volunteers to stop by to help walk the animals. Those with extra carrying crates are also asked to donate them for the temporary move.

This latest outbreak is the second time Strep zoo has killed in the past year. Six dogs were killed in June after the virus spread through the facility...
