NY isolates 4 state residents who may have flu from China

SNIP: SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Seven New York residents have been tested for a new flu from China and lab results show three of them do not have the pneumonia-like virus.

State officials say they are awaiting test results for the other four individuals who remain in isolation. The state did not identify the individuals or say where in the state they live.

2 Broome County residents being tested for the coronavirus

BROOME COUNTY, NY (WIVT-TV) — Two Broome County residents are being monitored and tested for the coronavirus.

The County Health Department officials said that the two adults recently returned from separate travel to China and went to local medical facilities complaining of respiratory illness.
