COVID-19 recoveries in Pakistan has reached 134, 957.
2691 new cases surfaced during the last twenty-four hours taking the tally to 234,509. These include 82,669 in Punjab, 96,236 in Sindh, 28236 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 10841in Balochistan, 13557 in Islamabad, 1587 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 1383 in Azad Kashmir.
The death toll from the virus has reached 4839 with seventy-seven more deaths reported over the last twenty-four hours. 24,577 corona tests were carried out during this period.
Islamabad, Jul 8 (PTI) Pakistan on Wednesday reported 2,980 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the total tally to 237,489, the health ministry said.
According to the Ministry of National Health Services, the death toll from the virus reached 4,922 after 83 more deaths were reported from the country.
Another 2,236 patients were in critical condition
