Finland Covid-19 cases - 8,512 cases, 337 deaths

    The coronavirus death toll in Finland has increased to 287 as three more people- two in the Helsinki-Uusimaa Hospital District (HUS) and one in the Pohjois-Savo Hospital District (KYS)- died in the last 24 hours, said the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) on Thursday.

    So far, a total of 234 people died in the Helsinki-Uusimaa Hospital District (HUS), 24 in the Pohjois-Savo Hospital District (KYS), 14 in the Turku Hospital District (TYKS), 12 in the Pohjois-Pohjanmaa Hospital District (OYS), and three in the Tampere-Pirkanmaa (TAYS) Hospital District.

    The identities of the deceased, however, could not be known as the THL did not divulge any details in this regard.

    Meanwhile, the total number of coronavirus infection cases in the country has increased to 6145, as 91 more cases had been diagnosed in the 24 hours until Thursday afternoon.

      The coronavirus death toll in Finland has increased to 293 as six more people died in the Helsinki-Uusimaa Hospital District (HUS) in the last 24 hours, said the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) on Friday.

      So far, a total of 240 people died in the Helsinki-Uusimaa Hospital District (HUS), 24 in the Pohjois-Savo Hospital District (KYS), 14 in the Turku Hospital District (TYKS), 12 in the Pohjois-Pohjanmaa Hospital District (OYS), and three in the Tampere-Pirkanmaa (TAYS) Hospital District.

      The identities of the deceased, however, could not be known as the THL did not divulge any details in this regard.

      Meanwhile, the total number of coronavirus infection cases in the country has increased to 6228, as 83 more cases had been diagnosed in the 24 hours until Friday afternoon.

        According to the new numbers released on Monday, there are 6,380 confirmed coronavirus infections in Finland.

        The number of infections has grown by 33 since our last update on Sunday.

        So far, 298 people have died to the virus.
