Genhe City, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Hulunbeier City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, issued the Notice on the Prevention and Control of Pneumonia of New Coronavirus Infections in Genhe City (No. 39) on April 17 to further strengthen epidemic prevention and control measures.
The "Notice" pointed out that the border traffic between Mangui Town and Mohe County, Heilongjiang Province, and Menghei was completely closed, and people who entered the city from Heilongjiang Province were urged to return, and the entry of people from the city into Heilongjiang Province was suspended.
