389728 suspected (232145 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 157583 in the Caribbean) and 74172 confirmed cases (68532 autochthonous transmission and 5640 travel related/imported cases) with 21095 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 40102 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 12975 confirmed cases in North America; at least 2528 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 521 cases of GBS as well as 19 ZIKV associated deaths of 29 December per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
