392738 suspected (232283 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 158455 in the Caribbean) and 74205 confirmed cases (68535 autochthonous transmission and 5670 travel related/imported cases) with 21180 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 39880 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 13005 confirmed cases in North America; at least 2520 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 523 cases of GBS as well as 19 ZIKV associated fatalities (probably excluding foetal/neonatal deaths in Brazil) as of 05 January per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
