416195 suspected (245262 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 170933 in the Caribbean) and 85034 confirmed cases (78704 autochthonous transmission and 6330 travel related/imported cases) with 23688 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 46454 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 14892 confirmed cases in North America; at least 3125 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 610 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 19/ 11 May per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
