310411 suspected (223355 in Central/South America and 87056 in the Caribbean) and 52894 confirmed cases (48273 autochthonous transmission and 4621 travel related/imported cases) with 17635 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 26935 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 8324 confirmed cases in North America; at least 2079 cases of microcephaly and 436 cases of GBS as well as 14 ZIKV associated deaths of 06 October per PAHO and national MOH
