414240 suspected (244860 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 169380 in the Caribbean) and 84620 confirmed cases (78343 autochthonous transmission and 6277 travel related/imported cases) with 23424 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 46381 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 14815 confirmed cases in North America; at least 3120 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 607 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 17/ 27 April per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
