[FONT=&quot]427469 suspected (253913 in Central/South America, 1 in North America and 173555 in the Caribbean) and 93675 confirmed cases (86939 autochthonous transmission and 6736 travel related/imported cases) with 27611 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 47968 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 18098 confirmed cases in North America; at least 3786 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 117 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 49/ 15 December per PAHO and national MOH (if available)[/FONT]
