Young B.C. man's death marks first Canadian Enterovirus D68 fatality
A young B.C. man has died of Enterovirus D68, marking the first Canadian fatality from the illness.
The BC Centre for Disease Control says the man, who is in his 20s, also had a history of severe asthma.
He did not have any paralysis or neurological symptoms, the agency said.
