York, Gettysburg hospitals limit visitors because of H1N1 swine flu concerns

Those under 18 are more likely to spread the virus, the hospitals said in a news release.
Also, only parents can visit the neonatal intensive care unit. The hospitals say it is a temporary policy put in place because pregnant women and newborns are at high risk of serious complications from H1N1.
