وقعت مصر والبنك الدولي ووكالة التنمية الفرنسية اليوم اتفاقيتين لتمويل مشروع عملاق بغرب الدلتا لاستصلاح وزراعة ١٧٠ ألف فدان جديدة بمدينة السادات في محافظة المنوفية وامتداد طريق وادي النطرون - العلمين، إلي جانب تطوير نظم الري في مساحة ٢٦٠ ألف فدان بالجزء الجنوبي بطريق مصر - الإسكندرية الصحراوي. Egypt signed the World Bank and the French Development Agency today two agreements to finance the giant project in western Delta reclamation and cultivation of 170 thousand acres of new city in Al-Sadat and an extension through the valley Nitrite - flags, along with the development of irrigation systems in an area of 260 thousand acres by the southern part of Egypt - Alexandria.

قالت فايزة أبوالنجا في تصريح لها عقب التوقيع إن الاتفاق الأول مع البنك الدولي تصل قيمته إلي ١٤٥ مليون دولار ومدته ٢٠ عاماً، وفترة سماح ٨ سنوات، والثاني مع وكالة التنمية الفرنسية وقيمته ٣٠ مليون دولار. Fayza Aboulnaga said in a statement following the signing of the first agreement with the World Bank up to $ 145 million dollars and 20-year grace period and 8 years, and the second with the French Development Agency and worth 30 million dollars.
وأضافت أن البنك الدولي يمول عدة مشروعات مهمة تزيد علي ١٣ مشروعاً خدمياً وإنتاجياً من بينها توصيل الغاز الطبيعي إلي الصعيد بقرض ميسر قيمته ٧٥ مليون دولار. The World Bank financed several important projects of more than 13 service and storage projects, including production of natural gas to level a soft loan worth 75 million dollars.
وقالت إنه سيتم خلال الأسبوع المقبل التوقيع علي القرض الثالث لتنفيذ خطة مصر لإصلاح القطاع المالي بقيمة ٦٠٠ مليون دولار. She said that during the next week will be the signing of the third loan to implement the Plan of Egypt to reform the financial sector worth 600 million dollars.
كما سيتم التوقيع علي قرض لإقامة محطة كهرباء العين السخنة بقيمة ٦٠٠ مليون دولار، مشيرة إلي التوقيع علي قروض ميسرة من البنك الدولي لاستكمال محطة ركاب مطار القاهرة الدولي بقيمة ١٢٠ مليون دولار، وكذلك تمويل مشروع التأمين الصحي بقيمة ١٢٠ مليون دولار.
