Woodbury man had Iowa's first West Nile case

A Woodbury County man diagnosed with Iowa's first confirmed case of human West Nile virus this year has fully recovered from the disease, the Iowa Department of Public Health reported Thursday.

The man, who is between 18 and 40 years old but who was not identified, was not hospitalized, the department said in a release.
