Cattle producers are being urged to take preventive measures against Epizootic Hemorrhagic Disease (EHD) in their cattle.

This is the first time EHD has been reported in cattle in Wisconsin. There have been two confirmed cases recently, both in beef cattle, in Lafayette and Crawford counties, reports Darlene Konkle, assistant state veterinarian with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP)...
