WHO Spokesperson admits "Pandemic"

In a televised telephone interview on Foxnews just now, a WHO spokesperson admitted that they now believe this is a Pandemic (ie Level 6).

There has been no official WHO announcement yet though.

Under the new WHO phase definitions, level 5 and 6 are both pandemic stages, just at different points of progression. Level 5 is, in effect, a pandemic in its early stages.

Therefore calling this a pandemic now is not technically outsdide the definition of a level 5 declaration, it is just that it is not yet fully 'blown' and firmly established everywhere, or that is my interpretation.
